        •    Up to 3 in person or virtual planning meetings

        •    Customized to-do checklist & timeline planning

Setup & Tear Down Services – Starting at $250

Whether you’re DIY-ing your event or your venue doesn’t provide assistance, we offer reliable setup and tear down services to ensure everything looks beautiful and runs smoothly—without the stress.

Includes:

    •    1 hour of setup and/or teardown

    •    Placement of personal décor (centerpieces, signage, guestbook, favors, etc.)

    •    Assistance with venue layout, table styling, and overall flow

    •    On-site coordinator for smooth execution
